1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order free of charge at any time before the product has been dispatched by the seller.

• To cancel an order, log in to your account, visit My Orders, and click Cancel Order.

• If cancelled prior to shipment, 100% of the transaction value (including shipping charges) is refunded.

2. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of package delivery. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The garment size does not fit comfortably (free size exchange).
• The received product differs in color, design, or style from what was ordered.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, custom-stitched garments tailored to specific measurements, or items visibly worn, perfumed, or washed cannot be accepted for return unless defective at the time of delivery.
