1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or shopping on K71 (k71.in), an e-commerce platform registered under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India (Udyam: UDYAM-RJ-01-0176167), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Marketplace Platform Role

K71 operates as a digital multi-vendor platform that enables independent verified sellers, boutiques, local kitchens, and service providers to showcase and sell products and services directly to customers.

3. Pricing & Payments

All product prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.

Online payments on K71 are securely processed through RBI-authorized banking gateway partners, including PhonePe. We do not store complete payment card details or banking passwords on our local servers.

4. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login OTPs, and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on K71, including text, logos, custom graphics, software architecture, and icons, is the exclusive property of K71 or its partner merchants and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark regulations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.
