1. Delivery Coverage
K71 delivers across all major states and union territories in India through integrated express courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, and India Post.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Order Verification: Orders placed online via secure payment gateways are confirmed immediately and sent to the merchant for dispatch preparation.
- Dispatch Timeline: Ready stock items are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Custom or tailored items are dispatched as per the estimated date on the product page.
- Estimated Delivery: Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 3 to 5 business days. Other regional locations are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Live Shipment Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier partner, an automated confirmation is sent to your registered email and phone number containing your AWB Tracking Number and direct tracking URL.
You can also track your shipment at any time by logging in to your K71 account and visiting the My Orders section.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated transparently at checkout based on destination pincode and weight. Free shipping thresholds and promotions are automatically calculated in your order summary before payment.
5. Package Inspection
